A clear ink/additive works well in a flatting screen, ive had curable reducer cure in the screen. I recommend trying to hit it after the first hit to matte the fibers down opposed to the end.... keep on pushin lol :)
Fibrillation happens after the first layer of ink. It would make more sense to do white, flash, smoothing screen, then print second white and send to convayer. Or else your doing extra steps for big orders your double flashing each garment when you should only flash once. This would be super hard for a manual printer when doing bigger orders, slowing down production
