I really appreciate videos like this where you are doing such a nice job of explaining, especially for us smaller, newer screen printers what do not have rip software or are trying to understand layers and how to print jobs. One question, would this job then be a four color job? I have a 4/1 press so I'm trying to compare to what I would be able to do in my garage. Thanks again!

I have 2 of these presses in my shop. They run about 12 hours a day 7 days a week. No problems.

A clear ink/additive works well in a flatting screen, ive had curable reducer cure in the screen. I recommend trying to hit it after the first hit to matte the fibers down opposed to the end.... keep on pushin lol :)

I have been trying to achieve a slightly thicker ink deposit and I’m hoping this should help. I was previously coating 2 times on the shirt side and finishing with 1 coat on the squeegee side but perhaps doing the 2 on the squeegee side will be the answer. Do you ever do a 2/2 coat or do you find it’s too much? Thank you!

Hi Mike, Does this strip show ink film temperature or surface temperature like a IR laser gun?

701 never seems to fully get the ghosting out! Love their products but it always seems to stick around. I spray it, rub it in both sides, let it sit and spray like you said. Always seems to stick around

Fibrillation happens after the first layer of ink. It would make more sense to do white, flash, smoothing screen, then print second white and send to convayer. Or else your doing extra steps for big orders your double flashing each garment when you should only flash once. This would be super hard for a manual printer when doing bigger orders, slowing down production
