Patrick Macnee Interviewed about Ian Hendry and The Avengers

A short bit of conversation focussing on the first year of The Avengers aired before channel 4's showing of surviving episode 'The Frighteners' in 1993. At the time that was the only known surviving early episode as The Girl on The Trapeze didn't turn up til 2001 I think. Prevailling wisdom back then was that they weren't recorded, so it's interesting to hear Macnee talk about watching the kinescopes here.
