  • You’ve heard about natural induction methods and wonder if they really work.
In this video I teach you my top 5 methods for getting labor started and give you specific examples of how to make these tips work for you.
I also offer a suggestion to reframe how you think about these methods and instead of doing them to force your body into labor, think of them as ways to soften your cervix, which will help your labor go more smoothly once your baby and body is ready for birth.

The hand pressure point for sure, just because it's easy for myself. Plus the dates, meditations, visualisation, positions and movements, preparing on all possible layers. Not obsessed, but just relaxed and consicious.
Now 48 weeks (cryptic pregnancy), still feeling awesome. Just trusting life, baby and body dancing together at the right moment.
Just follow your instincts, not anyone elses.
Life will show you the way.
For all reading this, you already be an awesom parent!! Blessings and love!

As a massage therapist of 20 yrs who has put multiple women into labor on purpose…… First, it’s not Acupuncture, that’s different. The pressure point on your hand is great, the inner ankle isn’t as effective, I would do the hand or the traps, on top of your shoulders.

You gave acupressure information. Not acupuncture. The two are very different and it's important to know the difference if you want to use it for labor.

Thank you so much! How we think about this topic of "natural induction" is so important! It's not about controlling when baby arrives, it's about preparing the body to work with labor, once it begins. Thanks for stopping by to watch the video.
