You are a wonderful artist. I love that you include how to sketch houses and other aspects of the picture before creating the full picture. I would love to be able to see this and create it while you are doing in real time not sped up.

Although I practice the directions of strokes I don't feel so comfortable when I am colouring my drawings and instead of having a blur effect, it seems all a block of colour, how can I draw to get a fine effect or colour degradation? Cheers
Hi~~ so glad hear that you are practicing ✨ I’m happy to help! May I ask what paper did you use? And which marker do you have? The paper is very important. Some paper doesn’t work very well with markers so the ink may not blend well.
@@AimianArt I use alcohol makers (Brand: Tongfushop) and sheet paper, as I have just started drawing thanks to your tutorials. Maybe, it's time to change the paper for a better quality one, isn't it?
That makes senses. That’s good to know! I think it’s the paper. Sheet paper is very thin so it won’t hold ink very well. You can try some thicker paper. It doesn’t need to be fancy or expensive. I normally use mix media paper which is my favorite so far. I don’t recommend smooth marker paper. I just don’t like marker paper very much lol. It’s too smooth. Mix media paper has more texture. You will see a big difference once you try some other paper ♥️ ♥️. Hopefully it’s helpful ✨ ✨

I have this bizarre belief that I am "wasting" supplies by just playing around with media. I know it makes no sense. Someone suggested starting a new project with the intention of failing. That way it takes the pressure off. Does anyone else have this issue? On another note, I have a quick question. Do these markers dry out fast? Also, do they dry up if you dont use them that often? I bought a set of Ohahu markers. The price was very reasonable and there are a ton of them. They arent such a good deal if you never use them and end up throwing them out.
Hi~~ these are very good questions! So based on my experience, the marker won’t dry out fast unless you draw so often or left the cap open. In rare cases the marker will dry if you don’t use them for like years. But you can also put a drop of rubbing alcohol in them to reactivate the ink if it happens. Have fun with it 😎😎 explore and enjoy the process. I only have a 3-4 colors I use a lot so I will buy refill ink. The rest of marker I never really run out.

if you don't mind my asking....why do you always do that hand shaking right before you actually draw a line? is it to kind of loosen up your wrist?
