I’ve put together their deck boxes before so maybe between that and watching this video it helped keep my assembly time down. Finished it by myself in about 3 1/2 hours. Would have been faster but both my electric screw drivers died near the end so the last 16-20 screws were done by hand. Not as hard to assemble as some are saying.

Agreed. Shockingly poor insructions. I would love to have words that describe the process instead of pictures. This has been very frustrating for me and when I called for assistance the operator said that he was not allowed to do more than refer me to webpage.

Overall, Keter makes excellent products. But I gave the video an "unlike". A few years ago we purchased from Keter wood storage cabinets for firewood. This week we purchased the Grande Store Opbergbox as shown in this video. The video has some merits, but it still took my wife and me about 9 hours to assemble. The problem: The Poor Assembly Directions!
The product comes by truck, 87Kg. The driver (SUUS Logistics) hand-carted it to our back building. We placed all the pieces out on the floor and turned to the instruction book.
The box itself had pasted to it a large glossy photo of the completed storage box, and other information, beautifully presented. If only they could spend a few pence on the instructions!
First, the instructions are printed in pale grey in, not black, and tiny font as well. Sorry, I am old and moderately visually impaired, like many of your customers, so have a heart! If the instructions were printed on glossy paper (like the promo on the box itself) with a legible font, it would have been of tremendous help.
Another example. After using the same screws for page after page of instruction, they suddenly change to a different screw, with absolutely no warning. As we neared completion, I had to replace 8 screws previously used incorrectly. Occasionally they do point out certain areas you would otherwise miss, but so often we continued down one road only to find an about-face was later necessary!
Really, guys, put some thought into the instructions, and some visibility. A beautiful product with little consideration for the consumer who must perform the assembly leaves an unpleasant aftertaste in the name Keter.

@@martinbryant6364 Obviously, I hit a sore spot. A good business man would try to improve based on criticism, not alienate future customers.
      Just sayin'

Brushed look panels come with (almost) micro plastics in the box. It's literally brushed with a lot of plastic dust as result. Boycot this brand if you care about our planets healt
