  • Dada starts the series of classes explaining the entire body of spiritual practices.
    The Sixteen Points are a comprehensive set of guidelines for our physical, mental and spiritual development. They were first introduced in 1971 by Shrii P. R. Sarkar (also known by His spiritual name, Shrii Shrii Anandamurti). These points are both a system of caring for our general health and well-being as well as a practical means of balancing our lives within the modern world. Based on the ancient techniques of yoga, the Sixteen Points lay a solid foundation on which to realize our human potential and achieve inner happiness and fulfillment, to achieve spiritual liberation - moksha.

    Wonderful work Dada, thank you for putting this information out there. I think new and experienced practitioners can both gain a lot of wisdom from this material. It's so funny that these videos have so few views compared to all of the other ridiculous online stuff.

    Wow. If 10% of human beings started the practice of 16 Points today, imagine what the world would be tomorrow.
    Perhaps one should have quantitative targets. Try to get 10 % of the population of your locality to start experimenting with 16 Points. Approach different target groups - students, executives, professionals, housewives, non-governmental organisations, etc. Talk to them about the necessity of 16 Points in the language they won't be frightened of. Leave out the spiritual stuff for the yet-to-be spirituals. Frame 16 Points in the physical and mental health perspectives or in any other similar perspective. Then see what happens.

    Anything like this would be hard to explain to my younger friends and impossible for them to understand. I'm always excited to share my spiritual journey with people I know but I'm about 2% to 4% enlightened I have 1 or 2 mates who are about 0.45% enlightened and the rest are literaly 0% enlightened. I guess I shouldn't worry but I have one friend with a alcohol problem.

    Hello Dada! Im currently having health problems, not being able to sleep through the night, i feel anxiety, nervousness, my bowels start to make noise and just not feeling centered and stronf within my body :( Can these practices help with health? If not so what would you recommend that i can start doing apart from meditations and asanas? Namaskar and thank you🙏🏻💙

      I would say that diet is important, avoiding meat, fish, eggs, garlic, onions, mushroom. Good amount of exercise and meditation. Kaoshiki dance is also excellent for you.

      @@MeditationSteps Thank you im watching the diet from the list you mentioned i only eat meat, chicken, beef and turkey... I will try the dance, which chakra should i focus on having these issues?
