They get so carried away with worst- case- scenario training, entitlement, and distorted views of criminals vs. general public.
This officer is wasting tax payers dollars, tying up the court system, and demonstrating an totalitarian world view on the most toxic, egregious, detrimental way possible.
I'm developing a theory that all law enforcement like this have a bizarre BDSM fetish that extends into their public/ professional lives due their costume. Any other person wouldn't have this care blanche to allow the 2 to collide.
The twisted part is in this public/ "professional" encounters (and I use the term loosely) they want to be instantly called, "daddy" and become belligerent within a nanosecond you don't submit. Privately I'm willing to bet good money they're all subs!

When Police Department is filled and run by some bad people what do you think will happen???
Watch on CZcams there are countless videos of police brutality, VIOLENCE, lies, illegal arrests, illegal charges, disrespect of people, manipulations, deceptions and many more illegal activities.
As if the police department is run by gangster.
Not all cops are bad but there many bad cops among the good cops.
Those bad cops acted as if they were the owner of police department and can do anything and will do anything while on duty for their pleasure and benefits.
Instead of protecting the people from crimes and preserving safety and comfort of public, now they have become threat to public.
Just like in the Hollywood movies of BAD COPS with corruption, unlawful activities, illegal search without warrant etc Now it has become REALITY.
Their keys lies in their "AUTHORITY".
When someone has too much authority they can misuse it for their benefits.
Because they are LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.
      Do they answer to anyone??
      No!
If the chief and supervisor of Police department are also bad cops , what do you think will happen to the public?????
Now the people in USA must protect themselves not just from criminals but now also from BAD COPS.
Because many innocent people have been oppressed, beaten, ruined by them.
In this case what's the point having police departments with tax payers money if they now they have become threat to the public safety.
It's like the public/people are funding criminals to work in police department to oppress the public.
      This is unfortunate REALITY.
Do they in the government and legislation care about how the some cops have ruined many innocent people???
This is the truth : now almost all POLICE DEPARTMENTS IN ALL USA HAVE BEEN INFILTRATED/FILLED WITH BAD PEOPLE!!!!
If the people/public of USA will not come together in unity to clean up or control the Police department then it will just a matter of time before you all encounter those Bad Cops in action against you all at home, on the street, in public places.
You must protect yourself in advance from them.
You must have camera all the time when dealing with them.
You must protect your identity (I D) when they ask you, because they can use your identity easily against you.
You must be aware all the time when answering them because they can use your words against you.
They will ask you a question " have you calmed down?" this is a "TRAP" .
They are recording everything as they speak to you and when you respond to their question you are already trapped by them. It means you were had bad behavior when the police dealing with you.
Now the people can not trust the police anymore.
I suggest all US citizen come together in specific day in unity marching to protest police misconducts or bad cops.
I also suggest to record and gather all videos of cops illegally arrest, illegal stops, illegal search, illegal charges, brutality, rudeness, deceptions, lies, etc.
As evidences the rise of bad cops in the country.
To show motion of distrust against Bad Cops.
I suggest to invoke amendment of Police Authority, and SOP.
The public must be given right to give survey / rate the quality of Police department.
Cops are hired by the people and for the safety of the people.

They siezed my weapons and a judge immiedately told them that they must return the weapons asap. Then a week later i get a letter with clear threats from the police beginning with the statement since we were nice and let you have your guns back youre now under constant watch. First of all they took them and the judge told them how wrong they were. And they start their threat by taking cred for the one single good part they had nothing to do with at all! But who police the police you wonder? Oh ofc its the police. A crook of a cop is hard to get. 🤦‍♂️
They pushed an agenda regarding gunsafes a few years back and they claimed its was new law. Lots of swedes had to buy new safes except a few with legal education or understanding. It was all a recommendation but with threats of siezed weapons and legal ramnifications.

Until the police force, or at least officer conduct is overseen by an outside force or third party type organization NOTHING WIL CHANGE. A Doctor or Attorney can loose their license for mistakes, I see absolutely no reason the same can not be done to officers. Right now they are protected by the code of “the blue line” because they self regulate for the most part, and have qualified immunity. Take those two things away, and cops know they would be held accountable, I believe we’d see a slight drop in the amount of alterations cops stir up by expecting respect just because they don’t have any for themselves.

I live in KY and was cited for running a stop sign, no turn signal, no seatbelt, and no proof of insurance. I was told to go to court with proof of insurance and all charges would be dropped and I would only have to pay court costs. I happen to be trained legal researcher and discovered that it is not a legal requirement here to provide proof in insurance after 45 days of acquiring it. Therefore I was cited for doing something legal. I argued that the erroneous charge would not have been cited if not for the other charges. In short my civil rights were violated by that particular charge which was directly linked to the others. Both the judge and County Attorney were dumbfounded during my motion to quash the citation with prejudice. The stunned reaction from both of them was worth the whole thing. It was ultimately dissmissed with prejudice.

Really confused here. You were cited for running stop sign, not having a belt etc.. but because you were not required to show proof of insurance you got out of citation? Doesn't make sense how a wrong on them makes a wrong go away? You still ran the stop sign and didn't have a belt? Confused

    • @larrybailey517
      @larrybailey517 Před rokem +8

@@MrBobbyw121 Ok, fair question. All the charges were on the same citation. No ins card is only given if other charges are filed. It is never a charge given by itself. That’s because it isn’t even a punishable charge, no fine or jail time even when it is valid. But proof can be presented to the judge when the defendant appears for the other charges, then the judge dismisses all the charges and assigns court costs. In other words, it’s a quick little trick to get court costs without the state investing in a trial. It’s a money cycle and the illegal ins card charge is key. So, my legal argument was that the ins card charge was unconstitutional and made the other charges invalid because they were all linked. Also, once the ins card charge was dismissed for being invalid, I had the option to pursue a civil rights complaint for a violation of due process and malicious prosecution. Malicious prosecution can be argued after a case is dismissed. In my case the ins card charge was clearly invalid and had to be dismissed.

The exchange was too long and confrontational on both parts. Walk away write the ticket and job done. The driver thrived just as much as the trooper did. E.G.O. The driver got the ticket match won

I was once pulled over by 2 officers for failing to signal prior to a turn. I absolutely signaled, but, I was told it wasn't 100 feet prior to the turn. I asked how close I was and was told 90 foot or so, by a smiling officer. He ordered me out of my vehicle for a search, I refused. He then called k9. The k9 officer walked the dog around the car, covered his body camera for a second while tossing a piece of garden hose towards my window and the dog naturally jumped for it. They smiled and said, we got a hit...get out. They searched my vehicle over and over and found nothing...decided to look again and found a piece of Marijuana the size of a pea in my carpet...and charged me with possession. He said...I'm gonna do you a favor and drop the traffic citations and just give you a possession. I've got a clean record...no charges...EVER. The officers searched me when they pulled me out for the search and knew I had nothing on me. I was outside and cold so I put my hands in my pockets and was tackled onto my hood. I filed a complaint against the officers, requested the video footage (which was lost), wrote a letter to the judge, mayor and governor about my concerns. Three months later the officer revoked the warnings and gave me citations. How the F@×K is that legal? Or ethical? Or considered as anything other than revenge?

@@allee190 I was taking Christmas gifts to my kids. The gifts were in my car. I explained that. They didn't wanna hear it. They were on a mission. My son was jumped by 2 guys shortly after. He was 13. He didn't strike either individual. He grabbed one and put him in a submission hold, got up when the kid stopped, and walked away. He began walking home and saw police lights, so he turned around and went back, because he knew he did nothing wrong and didn't want to seem as of he were taking off and trying to get away. A new officer said...He did nothing wrong. He did the right thing. Then one of the same officers came over and called me by name and asked why my phone was on and in my front shirt pocket and recording. I said that I simply wanted things documented, because their video comes up missing too often. The next day we received papers that my son was being charged. I tried to hire 2 attorneys from our hometown...neither would take it. They said...this is how it works here.
