We know that police and military officers are trained to observe your movements and be prepared to neutralize threats. WE ALL KNOW THIS! So you have the right to reach for a black cell phone when speaking to a cop , but I'm not sure it's the most sensible life choice. It obviously doesn't mean you deserve to get shot, just that you made an error in judgment that resulted in you getting shot. Is this a surprise? Who actually thinks reaching into your pockets while talking to the police is a good idea? They don't know if you're Mr. Rogers or Jeffrey Dahmer, and if they want to get back to their own families they better have the instinct to react first. This is all common sense, but in today's climate it's popular to hate the police...but come on! I'd rather have these police officers bothering me for a night than not have them investigate a distress call. I'd also rather have them in my neighborhood than this dude who obviously has anger management issues.

It does not take nine police officers to verify that. They should have never came inside once they verified there were three people there. The other thing they could have and should have done before harassing the guy was to contact the manager of that apartment complex and ask if there was a landline active in that specific apartment. I would be pissed too if I'm minding my own business and I had nine police barge in for no reason. It's conduct like that that ruin it for the officers that actually do care about protect and serve. You notice the police show up and tell a UNIDENTIFIED person they got a 911 call from that address, there operator heard fighting and the call hung up. Then the UNIDENTIFIED guy told them they should stop using their flashlights to look inside, and that they couldn't check on other people's safety, and tried to shut the door on them when they informed him that a suspicious 911 hang up gave them the exigent circumstances to enter. Again a UNIDENTIFIED person tried to stop police from checking on other people's safety.
You do realize that Jeffrey Dahmer talked officers out of investigating before killing, raping, and eating one of his victims, and killed several more people before the police actually investigated his apartment?
You do realize that criminals usually look like anybody else right?
After the officers talked to everyone there most of them should have left quicker. But the final officers still had to investigate why a 911 call had been made. Was it a accident? Or was it someone who was already mad at police making fake 911 calls? Or was it someone spoofing the phone system and "swatting" this guy?
I've known 2 different people that were illegally harassed by a police officer.
I've also known a former meth dealer who admitted he used to make fake 911 calls to harass the police. With a computer it's easy, no handset needed.

And all the while the “investigation” is completely forgotten about and all that results is a false arrest. The community was not served in any way, the persons rights are violated and the best case scenario is a successful lawsuit. But the cop is never held personally responsible. The taxpayers pay the judgment, the police department never learns and they continue to willfully violate constitutional rights. They must be held personally and criminally accountable if anything is going to change. 🤦🏻‍♂️

@Gearjammer awww, our little miss bootlicker is trying to be a smartass, so sweet that that's even adorable! :) Not today, sweetheart.
Those scrubs were verbally used and abused all the time, didn't get any ID despite their little tricks, got dismissed, left with nothing, and they'll get sued. Standing and quietly listening that you're an animal and not having balls to even answer to that, and not having more problems only because they've been cowering behind their badges, well... Only in your little books that type of behavior is called owning someone. It's not how owning works in an adult's world. You'll see if you'll ever mentally grow up to your biological age. :)

@Gearjammer omg, our little miss is even writing "animals" with a capital "C", you're not just licking. You're diving deep on that boot, miss.
Yep, they've been sorry cowards, as you know what's not a cowardly way to settle some prob between men? Of course, you don't know, so I'll tell you, listen closely:
-- The proper way to settle things between men is to show up single, without a badge, and offer participation in the next silver gloves or any open ring. Or just to meet somewhere to have a talk. So the other party would decide if they'd be interested too in that way of letting steam out.
Retaliating with bunching some smelly-pants boiiis that fail to scare someone even then that whole sounder from their shambles were trying their best in the middle of the night...
Not impressed. Cheap. Cowardly. Not efficient. Lame.
This guy wasn't impressed either. So they've been verbally used in all the holes, left with nothing, and will get sued. Sweet. That's closer to owning just for you to learn something new today.
Now you're dismissed, but I'm allowing you to continue making that cute sounds of yours all by yourself.

They were seriously trying to escalate the situation,so they could go hands on.

That is exactly what they did it just didn't work the way they wanted.

They weren't going to put hands on him, if they were they would've done it on the first F you.

Yup thats exactly what they are doing. If he was the guy yelling in the complaint they want to see what he's capable of and if he will do something to a cop, he will do it to women behind closed doors. The guys a little crazzy if you ask me. Way to aggressive.

@@miked596 yeah I'm sure I would have handled it differently he could have started with a more civil conversation to settle the issue but instead he immediately denied the cops entry with voices clearly audible from inside the house giving the cops a valid reason to at least show concern about the other occupants of the house. The cops' behavior is still inexcusable though. Bad situation all around.

Love how the two cops are inside and 3 more let them selves in like "Is the party here bro?"

Oh man, bombshell in the end of the video. He’s filed a complaint with this PD and then they get a “911 call”. Never open the door for police without a valid warrant.
