Forced entry by police! They broke in and demanded ID. This is an illegal entry and they have no warrant. Hopefully this citizen know he has a lawsuit available. He should sue them and bring awareness to this as much as possible. Be sure to learn your rights.

We need to reinforce all entry's and talk through the wall or door. Once the house is breached unlawfully, "castle doctorine" applies. We have to choose either defending our rights all the way to jail or allow our rights to be violated to attempt a lawsuit
I'm sick and tired of police labeling standing up for your rights as "obstruction".
It's the Communist way.
When they refused to leave that should be an INSTANT lawsuit, WTF do you do when the tyrants do not leave? SUE THEM
Call their co-workers so you have even more pigs
Unfortunately suing is useless since the officers are not held accountable and go back to work and probably target this person for harassment. I am not saying don't do it just don't expect anything to change, just expect things to get worse for you. The city/taxpayers lose the police don't and they go about their business as usual.
This is sad. Why don't they just leave.
All lawsuits should be paid from police pension funds !!!!!!!!!
Insane how more cops just keep walking in without permission like it's a house party to them.

Lmao 🤣 🤣
And how the one cop just had to keep his foot inside when they were told to go out was crazy. Acting like a fucking child just trying to rile the guy up more, they were preying for him to get violent just so they could shut him up. (Misspelling/pun intended)
Even if it was a house party cops need to be invited inside.....
They need some lead in their diet
Let me get this straight, it took 9 officers to verify that this wasn’t the source of the supposed 911 call but they didn’t seem too concerned about finding out where the “real” supposed 911 call was located. Yeah, they were there to send a message.

Felony charges for all cops involved.
2nd A
Nope
If a person states that the officer is trespassing, the officer does not have a warrant, there's no probable cause because once all the cops were inside everyone said they were OK, and the cops still insisted in staying and getting more information, that's trespassing once you are asked to leave continuously. I may be wrong, but, that's a bit of what I know from the law.
Felony tresspassing for sure, as well as failure to enforce when the newly arrived police did not make the rest leave.
I am retired LEO That department would not have a budget for at least 3 years due to the lawsuit
they have insurance at tax payer expense, so the rates go up and who pays for that mistake ohhhh the tax payer.
Nobody gives a shit, how does that prevent any of those officers from intimidating the public out of retaliation?

"If you're that afraid you shouldnt be police" I couldnt agree more.
Everyone has fear....but we still need police. We shouldn't act oblivious! He knows what he's doing! We know that police and military officers are trained to observe your movements and be prepared to neutralize threats. WE ALL KNOW THIS! So you have the right to reach for a black cell phone when speaking to a cop , but I'm not sure it's the most sensible life choice. It obviously doesn't mean you deserve to get shot, just that you made an error in judgment that resulted in you getting shot. Is this a surprise? Who actually thinks reaching into your pockets while talking to the police is a good idea? They don't know if you're Mr. Rogers or Jeffrey Dahmer, and if they want to get back to their own families they better have the instinct to react first. This is all common sense, but in today's climate it's popular to hate the police...but come on! I'd rather have these police officers bothering me for a night than not have them investigate a distress call. I'd also rather have them in my neighborhood than this dude who obviously has anger management issues.

Actually they didn’t say that. They said quote “can I explain what’s going on.” They never said the OWNER doesn’t know. People like you take words out of CONTEXT and change the truth with couple words makes me sick.
@@tmmalone1986
So feeling the need to explain something to someone does not imply they don't already know?
Shall I explain what "implications" are, or do you already know? According to you, even if you know I should be completely justified in explaining it anyways, and you would be a hypocrite to imply that I am being condescending...
But, yeah... Sure. Great argument, champ!
Don't forget to throat the whole boot to show your support...
@@tmmalone1986 Nothing the OP said was incorrect. The OP didn't say that's what the cops literally said, hence the lack of quotations, they (the cops) are telling them (with their actions and copsplaining), that they don't know what's going on in their own home.
You make yourself out to be a stickler for context and words, but with the context we have-that IS clearly what they are telling them...
😂😂😂 thats grotesk
@@enasnI99 Thing is that legally the had the right to enter as part of their authority to do welfare checks. Until they made contact with all the occupants, the police had a legal right to enter and remain in the entry area. It was staying after it was clear no one was in distress or had called that will cause trouble. But this guy didn't know about that exception to the 4th Amendment and didn't want to hear the officers explain it.
Don't you just love the cops explaining.
I bet they got their EGO got hurt to. When they were told to get out my house.
As a child I used to legitimately respect police. I thought they had a difficult job dealing with the worst of the worst (which is still true occasionally). However, the vast majority of the "difficulty" in their job is created by them doing outrageous shit like this. Everyone living in that house has the right to be livid with these officers. All they had to do was knock on the door and leave when they determined nobody called, instead they turned it into this shit show.
Yeah if the police would just leave when burglars, home invaders, or kidnappers tell them to they wouldn't have problems like going through Jeffrey Dahmer's freezer, or saving grandpa when he collapses while calling for help.
@@utubenewb1265 wtf does that even mean? Did you see any home invaders or elderly folks here asking for help? Didn't think so 🙄
@@sawyer4981 Ok. Go back and watch the video. You notice the police show up and tell a UNIDENTIFIED person they got a 911 call from that address, there operator heard fighting and the call hung up. Then the UNIDENTIFIED guy told them they should stop using their flashlights to look inside, and that they couldn't check on other people's safety, and tried to shut the door on them when they informed him that a suspicious 911 hang up gave them the exigent circumstances to enter. Again a UNIDENTIFIED person tried to stop police from checking on other people's safety.
You do realize that Jeffrey Dahmer talked officers out of investigating before killing, raping, and eating one of his victims, and killed several more people before the police actually investigated his apartment?
You do realize that criminals usually look like anybody else right?
After the officers talked to everyone there most of them should have left quicker. But the final officers still had to investigate why a 911 call had been made. Was it a accident? Or was it someone who was already mad at police making fake 911 calls? Or was it someone spoofing the phone system and "swatting" this guy?
I've known 2 different people that were illegally harassed by a police officer.
I've also known a former meth dealer who admitted he used to make fake 911 calls to harass the police. With a computer it's easy, no handset needed.
So a UNIDENTIFIED person tries to stop police investigating a 911 call. Are you on Jeffrey Dahmer's side on this? Or on the side of the police who caught him?

Totally unprofessional behavior to deliberately antagonize innocent people in their own home. I believe that is the definition gang activity.
They would have gotten🔫……
They sent the whole department
I've been telling citizens for a long time do not open your door if they don't have a warrant to search premises buy
I accidentally dialed 911 and a deputy sheriff came to my house. Pressure did not want to see my ID.
Hopefully someone backs this guy and he gets to sue these officers individually, and as a department.
When he wins hope he uses a portion of the money to end the tyrants lives

I think it is weird that they focused solely on the camera guys info, and not at all the other people there. It is absolutely clear they were there to harass the camera holder.
When he said he had an IA complaint in for their department, this got really suspicious and seemed almost retaliatory, especially when the call was from a non-existant land line that as registered to their house and they focused on the one who submitted the complaint. Whether or not they had legitimate concerns, the appearance of their actions seems very suspicious.
@Mike Barooshian you’re totally wrong . There are in fact some bad cops , not all are bad . You can’t put them all in the same basket . Totally unacceptable and untrue.

As long as the so-called good cops do not say anything they're all bad
The REAL crime was "contempt of cop" . They wound up with NINE cops. That's 144 rounds. That sounds kinda excessive. Well. they weren't trying to find the actual caller, if there was one. I tend to doubt that if the homeowner has filed repeated IA complaints..
Exactly, if there was an actual emergency they’d be arguing with him over ID and then arresting him on a bogus “obstruction”charge when they didn’t get what they want.🤦🏻♂️🙄 I have seen it so many times, they get a vague anonymous call and the first thing they do is demand ID and then arrest the person and argue with them for 20 minutes trying to force them to comply when no crime is alleged and therefore they cannot force identification. And all the while the “investigation” is completely forgotten about and all that results is a false arrest. The community was not served in any way, the persons rights are violated and the best case scenario is a successful lawsuit. But the cop is never held personally responsible. The taxpayers pay the judgment, the police department never learns and they continue to willfully violate constitutional rights. They must be held personally and criminally accountable if anything is going to change. 🤦🏻♂️
Imagine what would happen if you showed up at a police station in body armour and carrying weapons, demanded ID from everyone present, and refused to leave until you'd had the chance to search the entire building.
You'd get your BLM status upgraded.

All of them should be charged with breaking and entering and serve time in jail just like if a citizen had done this.
When a public servant commits a crime, it's a violation of the public trust. That should be a modifier that makes it worse.
Breaking and entering would involve them picking or breaking a lock, busting a window, kicking in a door, etc. They should definitely be charged with unlawful entry though, which can be a felony if the person is armed or a person/property is damaged (which both happened here). Regardless, they should be facing charges of some kind, especially after being asked to leave numerous times.
They can't just leave though....What if there actually is someone in the house, perhaps the owners, who are victims of home invasion for example. The disproportionate amount of anger is a bit suspicious. How can they just leave? This is life unfortunately. Things aren't perfect. I don't want cops bothering me when I'm trying to relax, but I'm pretty sure MOST people would have the common sense to handle themselves a bit differently. There is abuse by officers and it's a problem, but in this case it just looks like you're doing your best to provoke a confrontation and it's totally plausible that you placed the call to initiate the confrontation. Seems like a set up....Just saying. No one in their right minds would behave like this. It's your right...but it's stupid! Perhaps you guys were innocently watching the UFC fight and cheering and a neighbor called the police thinking someone was getting attacked....It's OK dude, RELAX!
@@apophisxo4480 Yes, they can "just leave." There has to be a certain criteria met for them to just walk in the house without a warrant, and none were met here. They can't walk into someone's house legally just because of suspicion or a "feeling" of misconduct. Laws are laws, and walking into someone's house for being butthurt isn't a justifiable reason. They're *LAW* enforcement, not feelings enforcement.

@Gearjammer because he didn’t want random people in his house ?
@gearhammer he fucked them in the ears for as long as they've been there, smacked them big, dismissed them and didn't give them any info despite all the pathetic scare tactics in place.
And I think that he'll at least file complaints on each of them, leading for more probs for these cops in the future. And it'd be much better if he's suing them for the criminal trespassing and so on.
To summarize: they get nothing and bad to leave after being dismissed, getting IA complaints and, hopefully, a lawsuit. So yes, they've been owned.
