The moment Clayman hit Milim he signed his own death sentence. Even if Rimuru wouldn't have done anything both Guy and Deeno would have kill Clayman in that moment.
iirc they didn't kill him on the spot because they noticed Rimuru's barely contained rage face and wanted to see what he was capable of
The VA for Adalman is adult Rudeus, such a good VA. He was in Gintama too.
Something the anime skipped, Guy and the maid and a few others were doing a little test suppressing their magicules in a way that you would only be able to detect if you also possess an ultimate skill
Fun fact: After Mizeri (Green Haired Maid) picked up Rimuru and Ramiris, she whispered to Raine (Blue haired maid) that 'Clayman’s luck is running out'
guy and a few other demon lord were btw doing mind games with their aura but the anime sadly didnt mention that
Clayman hitting Milim sealed his fate with Guy and Deeno there. They were both close to her dad and after his death, they have been looking out after her. You see Deeno wake up and Guy sitting there ominously, not showing his eyes. Both had the same thought that moment, that they were going to kill Clayman before Walpergis was over.
Clayman thinks that just because he's controlling Milim hes untouchable and can take on the other demon lords. That'd be true, if Guy wasn't there. He's fought Milim for 7 days before (as we saw in the story Eren told us about how a demon lord is born), so he could take her on by himself. That leaves 6 other demon lords he'd have to deal with and besides Frey, he's the weakest one there by far.
Shuna is someone who does not get to shine much ... but can be pretty dangerous ....
She is very talented and intelligent ....
she also has a weaker version of the Great Sage .... in her Skill Analyst
Thought Acceleration - speeds up thoughts up 1000 times under unique skills
Analytical Appraisal - as the name says ... depending on affinity which Shuna has it even allows you to see someone else skills and gather information on them ...
Chant Annulment as seen in this battle Shuna just invokes magic ... does not need to chant ...
All of Creation - It allows the user to comprehend anything as long as they have a basic understanding of it and it is perceivable to the user.
Law Manipulation - this was added as Shunas Gift from the Harvest festival ... it allows the user to manipulate either Scientific and Magical laws ... degree depends on understanding and affinity of the user ...
Shunas Final move is a concert of all of these working under her expert guidance
Shunas main short coming is her low power levels .... she just does not have that much raw power at her disposal ... this is why she is generally not taken to battle ...
Even in this battle Shuna does not have the raw power to cast Disintegration so she baited Adalman into casting it for her .... and then took over his magic to cast Overdrive .. turning into and Wide area spell ...
In the novel you have more info on the Demon Lords ... from Guy after his meeting with Leon ... which was cut from the anime ... while Guy does not really use names ... from the descriptions and what is said here you can put who is who together ...
The glow is Guys aura ... or at least what he wants you to think his aura is ...
its nother thing the anime Cut ... the Demon Lords were playing some mind games ...
Guy for example was giving off a lot of power but raw and uncontrolled .... making you think he is someone with a lot of power but no mastery over it ... basically he was giving off false readings to anyone appraising him ... challenging them are you good enough to see through this? .... if not you are not not worth even a blink ...
But even if you see through it ... actually grasping what lies beyond the lies is another matter ...
After all if you are see through it your reaction tells Guy a lot about your own powers ...
The woman vampire ... the one Rimuru suspects is the female Demon Lord that retired and fought with Veldora ... on at least somewhat of an even level .. was constantly shifting her aura causing confusing readings. another way to see the skill of the one appraising her ... are you skilled enough to realize what is going on and see through this ...
Deeno on the other hand while he does not look as much ... every time Rimuru tried to appraise him he gets blocked and Deeno seemingly sleeping with his head on the table opens one eye and looks directly at Rimuru ....
Daggrull in the mean time went for the straight forward intimidation tactic ... see my power and if you are not scared ... maybe you are worth something ...
Its also a way to conceal their own skill .. since to be able to fully block and Ultimate Skill you need an Ultimate skill we learn this from Guy in that cut monologue ...
This game also leads Rimuru to realize many of these people have Ultimate skills ..... and because he was fully blocking their appraisal ... he basically told them he ha one as well ... luckily he realized this ... and so he can just show of one and keep the others hidden ... in the obvious choice is Belzebub here ... since he uses it so often ...
