Well, to be fair, yeah, it’s an opinion, and she has the right to have an opinion. What she doesn’t have the right to do is to share it in such an arrogant and obnoxious way. To add on to that, a judge should never judge a good based on their personal preferences. A judge should put themselves in a mindset where it’s like, “I love every type of food, I do not have any preferences, I will judge foods by what they are, and not based on my personal tastes.” :)

I always make Patti LaBelle's recipe, and every time I took it to the office party at my job, it was always a big hit. It's good old-fashioned, down home macaroni and cheese, just like I like it.
None of these other recipes particularly appealed to me, and Rihanna's looked absolutely awful. I don't see the point in going through the trouble to combine noodles with cauliflower. Cauliflower with cheese is already a thing.

OMG, I’ve been making my Mac & Cheese with Cauliflower for almost 40 years... It was the only way I could get the kids to eat their veggies! I was a “Sneaky Mom” I always hid vegetables in plain sight and they never knew it! Nowadays, I’m being a “Sneaky Grandma”! That’s not Broccoli 🥦 it only Parsley! 😂🤣😂 If it grated they’ll never know!

I really hate the fact that the asian girl is like "I don't like this one either" She doesn't even bother critique it and just shoves the plate away. Its not a good way to judge and her attitude is disgusting.

Honestly, I make a good mac & cheese:
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/3 cup cheese (Mozzarella, cheddar, muenster)
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- Garlic powder (Add as much or as little as you want)
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tbsp salt
Directions for sauce:
1) Melt butter in a large pan or shallow skillet and add the flour to make a roux.
2) Add the milk little by little and whisk it as you are adding more milk at a time. Don't stop whisking it because it will get a grainy texture.
3) add your heavy whipping cream and continue mixing, then add you cheese and let it melt as you mix.
4) add your herbs and let it simmer for 2 mins
Directions for pasta:
1) cook until slightly al dente and not too hard but not too soft. We are going to simmer in sauce.
2) drain the noodles and add to the sauce. let it simmer for 1 min.
3) In the same pan, remove from heat. and add panko and dried thyme on top with a few dollops of butter. Then, in the same pan bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 mins. or until the panko is golden brown.
4) eat it.

And everyone else is calling her Asian Girl too. It was not intended to be an offense, and I definitely am not calling all Asians like that.
