I apologize for taking so long to get back to you. I'm not entirely sure what you're doing to highlight anything wrong. First, I would advise you to watch my video on loading the lancet device. Then you may have to slowly turn the dial one step at a time. Each time, you have to reset the spring by pulling the gray piece backwards. I hope this helps. I had mine on the lowest setting but the needle didn’t come out when I pressed the button
That's possible. The lancet device has 6 settings. So if the lowest setting does not work, try the second setting and see if that works.
