I seen this live in 1998 at a rave in dolton Illinois. This is Thomas bangalter spinning holiday, music sounds better with you, and bucket heads bomb ( instrumental ) in the background. I was 5 feet from him when he did this. 3 tracks simultaneously on vinyl, that's why it sounds a little off

Nope! This version was done by Stuntmasterz, who basically added the Madonna samples to an earlier bootleg remix, Spacedust - Music Feels Good With You, which made use of the drum loop from The Bomb. Daft Punk did indeed play this in their live sets.

I only came across due to another channel talking about it. But gotta say, this is a gem! I was teenage lad when "music sounds better with you" was released. I can only imagine how amazing this would of been to see this dropped by Thomas back in the golden era

I was 10 in 1998, and remember being blown away by this bootleg. When I started buying tunes in 2001 a few years later, I hunted this down as it never left me. Still have it at 35 years old, 'stuntmasterz' printed across it. One sided.
I remember picking this bad boy up from HTFR in Birmingham back in the day. Couldn't wait to spin it that evening. Went down a treat. Still sounds fresh today.

I found this cd at a record store in Tucson AZ when I was 14! I have no idea how the hell I fell into this but I just remember being so in love with Stardust that I did a deep dive into music after that song. This remix opened many of my eyes ❤️
I can remember it being played on Radio 1 back in the day!
They got into bother for playing it & got told not to play it again, fekin pesky music police...

Always had to increase the volume on my mixer when I played this vinyl. Was very quiet. Must have been a poor pressing.

Excellent point! Cafe de Paris, Wed nights in 1998, absolutely slam jammin! I would walk in and just have the most amazing buzz from when I walked in to when I left. They played the most amazing disco house like this!!!! If only I had the DJ’s contact details:( He was absolutely amazing!! The best ever!!

She did do it back in2001 but on the dvd version of the concert she cut it out. Probably to save money! Lol! I seen her live at the staple center and when she sang holiday music sounds better with you was remixed into it! Fucken awesome!
The guitar riff from "Music Sounds Better With You" is actually a sample from Madonna's "Holiday", so naturally they fit together.

The mastering on the vinyl wasnt the best, as it was a bootleg. So that's probably your answer.
I recorded it directly to CD using Technics 1210s and Pioneer DJM500, then ripped it on pc and uploaded.
DJM500 is an answer. Pretty shitty dj mixer from deep 90s. Also it's homework bootleg, don't expect professional quality. I've played this record million times, sounds fine in club!

There was alot of Bootlegs that ripped it as well as it goes the quality diminished.
The original was a one sided white label Stuntmasterz 'Holiday sounds better with you' 😉 still not fantastic but is the best of the bunch.
