  • Phillip Daneshyar, founder of 'Thirsti' enters the Den offering a 10% equity stake for £65,000. His invention is a tracking device that reminds people how much they have had to drink throughout the day, after a short demonstration from the entrepreneur - Jenny Campbell takes it into her own hands to reveal the practicality of the device (in her day-to-day life).
An international sensation, Dragon's Den features entrepreneurs pitching for investment in the Den from our Dragons, five venture capitalists willing to invest their own money in exchange for equity.

That percentage is rising quickly. This year, 90% of Dutch people aged 55 or older own a smartphone. That is 11% more than only 2 years earlier. In the USA 53% of people over the age of 65 own a smartphone. There are also a lot of elderly people who own a tablet. What needs reminding is to focus on English phrasing, grammar and punctuation in school. Anything that makes a bit of sense really.

It should be redesigned to be able to be put in a regular waterbottle/soft drink and have it attached to the top/cap. Maybe add a drinking top to the cap. Then you have two products at the same time, the "pod" doesn't sit in liquid all day and it'll be easier to change from bottle to bottle instead of "fishing it out" as they so kindly put it.
Sure, in that case you can't use it for glasses or some kind of bottles that can't have it attached, but if you're not dedicated enough to be able to drink out of a certain container type, you probably aren't dedicated enough to care about how much you drink...
