A la base je savais pas si j'en voulais un plutot que de prendre ableton push 3 et maintenant avec cette vidéo j'en veux 3 haha. Non en vrai ça a l'air ultra cool je réfléchit sérieusement à m'en acheter un plutot que le PUSH 3 . La seule question que je me pose c'est de savoir sur le MPE est du meme accabit que celui du PUSH si c'est le cas je vais le prendre sans hésitation.
Par contre c'est moi ou l'écran a l'air flou ?

So I bought the Erae Touch. It arrived last week and since then, I am trying to get it to work, but it's just sending normal Midi and no MPE data. It doesn't matter if I am trying it in Cubase, Ableton or Bitwig. Neither the USB or Midi Port is sending MPE data. Working on a Macbook Air M1 and Ventura 13.1. I'd tried it with Pigments, Equator2, Kult and Abyss. My Roli Seaboard Block on the other hand is working fine. And because of there lacking customer service I am more than just frustrated. I opened last week a ticket. Got yesterday one response. I answered immediately and still got no response from them. In there forum I saw and read since last week, from many disappointed and frustrated customers. It's a shame, cause there product has potential, and I would love to play my MPE Soft Synths with it. But sadly I bought a product that does't work like it should. If one of your viewers is thinking to buy from them, they should know, that there on there own. One could also get the impression, that the company is fully aware of this problems (incomplete and defective product) because in Apple Audio-Midi-Setup one can see, that there MPE port is not detected, and they wrote it in there own forum 7 months ago. So it seems to be a MacOs problem and they know of it. And now I am still waiting for a refund response. It feels like fraud to me! Especially 'cause this company will charge you with a fee, for using it, despite the fact, that it doesn't worked!
Hi Traum. The MPE is working perfectly fine both on OSx and Windows. Since the last firmware update there are now two USB Port, one for MPE one for regular MIDI. You have to go in the EREA LAB Setting menu and enable/disable MPE Split toggle to make sure in which status is your usb port. If this does not work (and it might not looking at your several messages on our support (for which Altaïr replied to you) it's not sure where the issue come from. So we are happy to provide a quick video call with you to trouble shoot.
@@alexandrepanizzoli5226 Thank you for the tip. First it did't worked but than I pushed the alt button on the erae and now it finally works. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Actually i want a MPE device and i don't know what to choose between this device or the PUSH 3 or the Roli Seaboard.
I'd love to hear your feedback on it and also what do you use the most between it and the Roli ?
@@elplatypus1584 if you are a Ableton Live User, buy the new Push! If not: I would recommend the Erae Touch. The Roli Seaboard Block is cool, but for me it's on the 3rd place. I will buy the new Push in the next few months, because I am beside Cubase, also an Ableton Live User, but for now I am waiting for the delivery of my new Osmose.
@@HiTekN3RD As a Ableton Live user i will go with the PUSH 3 (not the standalone version). Thank you for the feedback and i'm very surprised that the Roli is not that great . The Erae is an amazing device but i have to make a choice haha.
If i had the money for it i would also get the Osmose. You are very lucky !
I love everything about this except the resolution, which is the only reason I haven't bought one.
