While Techno Games was a mixed bag of a show they did improve the programme in Series 3 and 4, by bringing in RW competitors and giving them their own events. Favourite was the football/soccer event.

@@deadeye_john In this series there were 5. Instead of showing them once a week like Robot Wars, they were shown during a whole weekday.

That's like saying football is better than chess (or vice versa). They might be two competitions, but they're completely different to watch!
Ulrika Johnson was with Anthony Worrall Thompson a lot with the Kumars on BBC2 in the early 2000s. Barry Davies was the commentator. This is series 1 from 2000. From Joe. X
