Fact it is that the audio quality is not good. Institution organizing such important talks, must ensure these small things because Mr. Saleh is a world known personality and his talks are listened all over world.

I cannot say anything in this regard Diesel. However, I can tell this man is a patriot, and he is ready to go to certain lengths which other statesmen would not even dare. The paradigm of a country's national interest is a very delicated matter, a matter which cannot be left to the weak hearted. Afghanistan is a rugged nation, forged in blood, you can't expect a soft approach to solve its complicated internal struggles. I believe that mr. Saleh is the right man at the right time for Afghanistan, one which won't compromise when his country's future is at stake. Upstanding man, fearless, intelligent, perhaps ruthless as well, yet he is a product of his nation which he will protect regardless.

+M Ardelean He's articulate and certainly knowledgeable about some things but he's a hindrance to the reconciliation process and therefore not somebody who will be given much power or attention except maybe in indian circes, since he's on their payroll for quite some time

A question for Afghan Nationalist : You don't accept Durrand line yet on social media I don't see you showing that region as yours, why? The Afghan government would take it's own time to do that but the patriots should exert it.

Amrullah Saleh is a great leader with excellent communication skills BUT with wrong assumptions, that's why he failed in due course...He also undermine T.ali.ban in his whole political career, despite he knew that T.aliban was governing 50% of the Afghanistan parallel to its government. He also fell in the trap of the countries who are either coward, deceiver and power hunger.
He could have engaged with Ta.libs and transform them in stages rather than dragged them in direct conforantations...! Again! great leader, firm and stubborn BUT with wrong assumptions..!
