Handled great on 20"s - Though they were not staggered, and the ride height was factory. One thing that i did notice about the 20"s and 245/35/20 front and 255/35/20 rear was the braking diminished alittle, and @ 80 the speedo was 10 mph slow. the 95 up LS 400 brake upgrade with slotted and drilled rotors all the way around made it stop so hard it gave me vertigo when i really stepped on them, well worth the 400$ total investment. Just bought a 92 sc300 na-t with staggered 18s and LSbrakes amust
Resonator delete was all! Diff was an open 3.92 from a gs400- the original was ripped out when I got the car, but it is the same ratio as stock.Don't know why but on flat ground it almost always broke both loose, but in a turn it was one tire fire!
Stay with the 19"s if you are worried about harshness- 20"s are a give and take- you give up ride quality and take the looks and handling! I loved the 20"s but my next one will have 18"s and a little taller sidewall to help with the roads here in the south, probably have to lower it alittle to keep it looking right! CRAP! there goes the ride again! Give and take.
So all you did is delete the resonators? Gotta say, I love my 92 SC400 - bone stock and still joyous. Mine has 119k on it. ;-) Did you weld the diff, or is that still stock? Most of the time mine spins one tire only. I can still break the rear loose pretty easy on corners by punching it as I enter. Drifting with an automatic... that's a sweet car.
My 19's are an offset. The back have a deeper lip than the front. I'm just tired of buying tires everytime I turn around. I've gotten an alignment, but it seems to no avail. Matter of fact, I'm taking it to Firestone Sunday morning to look at it again...lol. Did yours handle pretty good with 20's?
Was this filmed by Michael J Fox?

They are 20x9 TSW rims , I don't know the offset or specific name of the style- they were on the car when I bought it ,and sold it! I MISS my Lexus!!!

Who filmed this? Muhammad Ali?
I have 19's and was thinking about some 20's. What would you recommend in a 20 that's not so damn bumpy?
Muhammad ali can't do burnouts like dat
