Easy to lead when youre winning. We all saw him on the sidelines by himself moping last season during the losing. You can like jalen and be honest. You can be a good leader at times and not a good leader in other times. I feel like you guys take every criticism as hate. He needs to improve his leadership and his play. No one denies that Hurts is a very hard working & talented player. His inability to express himself clearly & thoughtfully however in the past 12 months has at times sent chills down my spine. As such, he portrays himself as a fieldworker rather than a leader. I don’t say this flippantly but he should take elocution lessons next summer to be the leader he is being paid to be
