My approach in convincing people is to step back, because we live comfortable in the first world and our banks were "stable" in the past and inflation was acceptable. But what is the situation in Africa, where almost everybody is wrecked by his corrupt government and only a minority has access to bank accounts, super high inflation, other currencies being forbidden etc. BTC really brings value for the continent that will still show the highest poulation growth. Bitcoin can be a joining link between the first world and the developing countries with much higher impact than any developing program in the past.

Same here. I had all the puzzle pieces in tech and fiance but did not get together until last year. I put seed money up in Robinhood of about 5 mil sats aka 1/20 of a BTC just to hedge for it. I cannot even remember what made it click but a digital self custody asset is compelling. On an accelerated DCA schedule now.

Just because it made people rich in the past with the crazy volatility doesnt mean its gonna continue.. We are loosing volatility and since the btc etf was passed... its been heavily manipulated by the big money .
