I remember seeing this video on MTV when I was a child. This song has been stuck in my head since then and I've been looking for it for years, but I didn't remember the name of the artists involved. Then yesterday evening this video appeared in my CZcams feed while i was listening to some other dance songs from the 90's. What a pleasant surprise!

Never expected Bryan Adams to participate in anything like this but I wholly embraced it. Before 1999, I could name a few of his hit songs but never counted myself among his fans. Until this track came along.
Basically Bryan Adams was returning the favour to Nick Bracegirdle (Chicane) after the latter remixed Adams's Cloud No.9 and got him a Top 10 UK hit as a result.
Wow, I didn't realize the message when I heard this back in the days. The video tells us how we are being kept away from becoming ourselves, how we are being manipulated and distracted from anything that's true and righteous. Just found it again by "acciden" after all the years.
