I really liked this house can consider buying it .. Matt and summer house tours in this budget gets viewers interested and they will become potential investors... house tours in the billions are good to watch nice to dream.. for most viewers.. because I don't think Billionaires have the time to watch CZcams.. Ultra high Net worth individuals have different resources for their investments .. So More videos in this price range will be useful.. in places like West Yorkshire , Sheffield.. Liverpool and Manchester.. So you should make videos of 2 categories Dreams & Reality.
It felt so rushed as if you weren’t much bothered 😕 about this one.
I like the floor plan of this house. But I would rather use the ‘formal’ dining room as a snug, office, music room or gym and the breakfast/family to be the dining area. Nice house tour, love it - thank you guys!! Where’s next? Looking forward!😁👍🥰

Theres something I've been trying to find about a lot of new builds like this one from various builders, after noticing the same thing in the one in this video as on my house and others built by Harron Homes.
On the front of the property, the windows feature stone cills and square patterning on the top half of the glass. But on the back of the property they have plain windows and PVC / Brick cills only.
The windows and their exterior cills look mostly identical on this house as mine has from the different builder mentioned above, I would like to know why they feature what looks like fancier and more expensive windows and cills on the front but lower specified ones one the back?
Especially with how houses are built nowadays, both side to side, in front of and behind, all angles of the houses are in full view by others passing and living near by.

This feels like you guys weren’t really into it.
Beautiful home. Definitely is different on the outside compared to homes in the US. The inside though is relatable and modern looking. I'm actually looking to move to the UK from USA. I hear things are a bit better in the UK compared to America.
Pretty nice, exterior is fairly traditional but interior is nice and modern. Kitchen elements and table top might have lifted the house in a different style.
In danish that back door utility room is called a bryggers which basically means brewery. I looked for a british word and it's scullery although it may not be in practical use.

Why is the dive grass?
It's just a show house used to help sell the properties on the site. Once the site is completed and sold, they sell the show houses last and will make any adjustments to it before someone moves in ie put the drive in.
I was just wondering how u guys spent ur weakened time. Not long vacation I mean just for one day or dinner something like that? Please make one about ur special times.

why is it in all your videos I have seen it asll about expense what about the NORMAL house prices under 4 bedrooms I live in a Rowland in Blackpool but a 3 bed with a friend in a 2 bed I never see you touring normal family houses its always about what you can show off
