I told everyone to remove those period tracking apps. Keep track of those things the old fashion way. These zealots are the enemies of women.

I've never needed an app to track my period. It used to be regular and consistent. In my yearly 20s it started becoming irregular and heavy and I was becoming sick from each time so my doctor put me on birth control to help regulate my cycle so it's consistent again. I use the birth control daily and am able to easily track when I've taken the pill. I didn't have a cell phone until I was 25 so had to do the old fashioned way of tracking, using a calendar and paying attention when it became irregular.

This is important info. The solution is a PAPER planner, paper journals, get yourself off the internet with the personal info you can keep private. Our daily traumas and successes do NOT need to be searchable for all eternity and accessible people we don’t know.
And be careful at the doctors office! Don't answer questions about your cycle or anything else they can use.
DON'T USE THOSE APPS. use a paper calendar.
Who has regular periods? I never did! 45 days 60 days, doctors thought I wasn't ovulating by my basal temperature chart. I was, I had a tubal pregnancy which failed early. I didn't find out till decades later when I saw my tubes on an X-ray. One was mangled. I didn't make progesterone, not diagnosed until I was 35, so my temperature charts were invalid. Lack of progesterone meant not much bleeding. I thought the pains I was having were my ovary ovulating.

Those apps never made sense to me. How hard is it to use a wall calendar? It's fast and easy and no one has access to it but you.
And how many wall calendars will you be storing to see the pathern of your periods? Will you be bringing them all to your OBGYN?

Yeah... because Republicans haven't already been talking about using these apps, and putting up border checkpoints between the states to check why women and girls are traveling withing the US, keeping track of girls periods and checking their genitals for sports....no, they haven't talked about and tried to get policies passed for all of this and more.
