Thank you David. It's heartwarming to see a Swedish loving so much the italian entries. It's very rare. Usually nordic countries vote between themselves and when not, they vote for UK. Do you think I am right? What do you think about the come back of Loreen? Sweden wants to win easily this year's Eurovision?

Thanks for your video. Marco is the most beautiful male voice we have in Italy, he is known as a very sweet, sensitive and emotional guy, which makes him even more special. During the Festival he had a fever and sinusitis, despite this he sang wonderfully! ❤️
The songs presented in Sanremo are meant to be the best Italian song and not for Eurovision, where a different style often prevails (funny/trash songs), but this is real music and he could win. The song is about the inner conflict we all struggle with, that's why he feels the song very much in his heart while singing it. The text speaks of two parts of the same person, the conscious and the unconscious that talk to each other, the life of dreams that collides with that of reality (just "Due vite", "two lives").
Truly a deep and emotional meaning, a beautiful music that together with the text take the audience into a dreamlike scenario. Furthermore Marco is an excellent interpreter, this makes the difference and makes this song perfect, because he transmits all the emotions to the audience that watches and listens to him, even to a foreign audience that does not understand the Italian language and this says everything about what a great artist is Marco.

I loved to watch and hear your reaction to this beautiful song. Amazing vocal, and amazing performance, I love it. I love the way Marco Mengoni connects with the audience and includes them into his performance. As a singing language, the poetically beautiful Italian with it's soft and somewhat harsh sounding blended vocals is one of the most amazing, powerful, and beautiful languages to listen to when a song in Italian comes on. And I for one can listen for hours. He is a bit of a dark horse when it comes to actually winning the Eurovision, which would be a great surprise if he actually did. I think he has potential for a win, but I think we will see him be among the top 10 performances at least anyway. 😀
Couldn't have put it better myself. If it wasn't for the overwhelming power of Scandinavia this year, an entry like this would be a superb winner. That being said, this is an outstanding entry by a talented artist. A top 5 position is likely!

He knows it very well it's not a proper National Final, he said the winner has the chance to go.
I needed some time with the song. I watched Sanremo and it wasn't my favorite, only in the last night (this very performance) it got me and now I can't get enough. I'm afraid it's not a Eurovision song, but it's a really beautiful song and now I'm pretty glad that he won!
There are I think several artists who won Sanremo twice. Mahmood in 2019 and last year again (albeit with Blanco), and I think Anna Oxa won twice? It's my first year following Sanremo, so I don't know too much. Francesco Gabbani almost won twice (in 2017 and 2020 he came second), so it's possible. Someone with more Sanremo-knowledge could probably add some more artists. :)
