Also, the greats, peyton manning, marvin Harrison, reggie Wayne, T.Y. Hilton. Also, I played soccer since I was 3, for about 15 years. Could have played in college but broke my ankle for the 3rd time in 2 years. Anyways love ur vids, HUGE colts fan. And Manchester United for soccer. Ever seen how points are scored in the paint, or heard the phrase, “…and one”?!🤔
Yeah. Power is VERY helpful, there.😒
Not to mention fast breaks, defense, even doing a jumper, requires large amounts of power to be used, all at once. Now, if you’re an old man just shooting around by yourself, perhaps power won’t be your thing. However, if you had it, you’d still use it (if for no other reason, to improve your skills). Many players in the NBA don’t average many PPG, but are still valuable assets, because they can use their power to get in scoring positions a few times during the game.👍🏿
So, yeah. Power IS important to a basketball player. However, like hockey with speed, if you don’t have a lot of power in you basketball game, you can still be effective, but not as effective as you would be with it.🤷🏾‍♂️
