- How to make bread without yeast without kneading.
Here's what you'll need:
2 and ½ cups all purpose flour (320g)
1 tsp salt (4g)
2 tsp baking powder (8g)
1/2 tsp baking soda (2g)
3 tbsps sugar (45g)
1 cup milk (250ml)
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (50g)
Eggwash: 1 egg plus 2 tbsps milk

This looks very similar to your milk bread recipe. Differences would be the baking soda, cheese and the order of how you put the ingredients. I will try the other recipe again following this order and this one too. Thanks for sharing!
