I'm not getting the sounds you are mentioning but I'm trying to find what is. I don't hear clicking or sounds while accel or turning. But over bumps, tiny bumps. and its a RATTLE RATTLE, like literally something is loose but when I look under, I don't see anything, I can only shake so hard with my hands so probably I'm not putting enough load on suspension parts to find out what it is. I looked at sway bar endlinks, or maybe bushings.
Yikes! You didnt set the axle nut by dinging the edge, as you were supposed to! This is ... Kinda important! And where did you get this info on tightening shock fork bolt on ground? Also, why tork this last bolt properly, when you didnt bother with others?

What is the right position of bearing? Top or bottom?
The axle bearing was not affected in the procedure
What size Is the nut of the axle un the Center of the wheel

36mm axle nut socket
17mm for shock fork / castle bolt IIRC
ABS ring
