Regarding Banjo-Kazooie, I think the fight is esier but due to the fact I know the patterns of her attacks. I did have a rought time on my earlier attemps. I loved the air fight, it was something unique since any other time the game required you to Beak Bomb it was always something fixed
The more you hit grunty the more scarily accurate her spells become with her tracking. Towards the end she literally starts firing at where your moving to.
God, this battle was unyieldingly tough. 5 phases of magical onslaught was more than enough! But it was a great finale, there is no doubt. One hell of a way for this iconic game to go out! And how about this music? Such an epic track! Even after all these years, this score keeps us coming back! Thank you, Grant Kirkhope, for these wonderful tunes! This fight is amazing, this witch kidnapped your sister and mocks you the entire game, you collect enough notes and jiggies to get to her, and it test your knowledge of banjos moveset, and the way it ends just fantastic
This music from the same creators sure knew how to make an insane and terrifying roller coaster ride of boss themes. This one is practically off the heals of their DK64 MAD JACK theme.
I remember deliberately letting Grunty hit me at various stages of the fight just so I could hear more of her lines. She wasn't as fun in Tootie when she didn't rhyme.
Thinking about it i can imagine an idea for Tooie, imagine if Grunty wanted to destroy her sisters just she could rhyme again at final battle. Althought she could never had said her surname xD
