Looks delicious....I will have to try your recipe. I have recently made a couple of batches of cream of butternut squash soup in the Instant Pot (which calls for some Pumpkin Pie Spice...so it has a hint of Pumpkin. It turned out very well and I froze a lot of it. It uses heavy cream and utilizes an Immersion Blender (I'm still figuring out how to use this...your idea of starting at the top is helpful). But I'm anxious to try your recipe as it is definitely soup "season"... Thanks for the video!

I like to add sugar free dried cranberries (I make at home) and finely sliced green onions along with the creme fresh.

Hi Dot this is Sandy again. This recipe looks absolutely delicious. I'm starting to make soup and sandwiches for the residents in the Senior residence that I live at. Do you have any suggestions for a sandwich that would go with this soup? Happy New Year to you and your family God bless.
It's been so long since I've considered eating normal sandwiches, lol. But I'd use grilled cheese, or ham and cheese, or maybe a turkey sandwich (going with the whole fall thing). Hope that helps :)

How similar is it to butternut squash soup? We love butternut squash soup, but you can't have it on keto. I wouldn't mind trying pumpkin as a substitute. That looks amazing. But everything you make looks amazing! LOL
Lol, thanks. Probably very similar to butternut squash soup. But not sure if you should say you can't have something on keto if it's under a low amount of carbs. Consider that "normal" is considered 200-300+ carbs a day, and I'm suggesting a mere 7.8g of carbs. We didn't get fat off 7.8g of carbs. It was pasta, pepsi, cake, wine, and lots of it. :) At least for me....
