I've always been a PC and Android person. There are many things I don't like about apple but I have to admit that they have some really good stuff. I'm currently on the look out for an Ipad, still deciding which features I want etc. All those apps are exclusive for apples and these alongside procreate and affinity photo and designer has me choosing Ipad over an android tablet. There are so many incredible, well thought and executed apps only available on apple devices. Android sometimes tries to come up with equivalent but they're just never as good. There are tones of drawing apps to choose from, but none of them are as good as procreate etc.
I still don't want to go all apple, I like having a PC desktop for my main work station but I'll definitely add some of their devices.
I managed to pick up an Apple refurbished iPad Pro 2020 a couple days ago. 128GB for the same price as a brand new 64GB iPad Air. The iPad itself looks and behaves as it’s brand new, what a bargain! Unlike yourself, I’m looking to make this my only personal computer without needing to resort to a physical desktop it’s going to be an interesting experiment for sure lol. If you’re in the market for an iPad, I’d recommend taking a look at the refurbished section of the Apple store you might find an absolute steal
I have an ipad, love it, along with my Android and my windows laptop.
I would like to see a focus on applications that can be purchased outright as opposed to the never ending subscriptions.
Will the 64gb ipad air be enough to have all these productivity apps? still undecided if I should buy the base ipad air or upgrade to the 256 yet it's only a small difference to buy the ipad pro base model..

@@dadfixdit rumor has it for iOS 16 there is supposed to be a notes overhaul. Currently not a bad system since it’s free with the other continuing to up their prices.

Much like "Word Shortcuts" we are able to previously set up to use & later, when when typing, they are either automatically added or given as suggestions we may choose from if we like!
I'd love to suggest something very similar for "scribble with the Apple Pencil". I can't ever get the "( )" or some of my specific words like "of", "at" & so on.
I know you appreciate & request comments from your loyal viewers & although this probably isn't the BEST video series to leave them on I wanted to get your thoughts?!
Do you have the ability or better yet interest in escalating this idea up the Apple tree?! It sure would help me, although my magic keyboard will be here on Wednesday!

Basically you press and hold on a photo, then keep your finger on that photo then use another finger to select more photos.
Preview Mini is WHAT I NEEDED that I didn’t know 😱
Vizref ..just for aligning and collecting images why we need it when you can save images and view in gallery

Love these videos but I do have a hopefully constructive nitpick. You rarely ever mention the name of an app more than once. You say the app name before talking about it, at which point I know nothing about it and the name sometimes does not stick with me yet. Then you talk about it and I’m immediately like “oh this app is awesome” and then I wait to hear the name again, but I never do. I then have to backtrack to find it. Even then sometimes the one mention of the app name is very quick and easy to miss (e.g. Notes Writer in this video. Name was said so fast I had to rewind twice to hear it properly).
I suggest two things. First, mention the app name at least once more at the end of its segment because that’s when I’ve really been convinced I want it. I watch most of my CZcams on my TV so if I miss the app name I either have to rewind or pull out my phone to find the video description in the hopes it’s listed there (which kudos to you for doing that at least 😊).
Second, put the name of the app on screen. Bonus points if the app name is present during that app’s entire segment, but at the very least put it up at the beginning and end of the segment.
I acknowledge that I indeed have goldfish brain so this may just be a me issue. I don’t need you to repeat a 1-800 number 5 times like a 90s commercial or anything lol, but just one or two more mentions of the app name would go a long way for people with crappy memories like me 😊.

Hi there! I want to hear your opinion on using your iPad while it charges, are you okay with that or no? If yes, then do you notice any change on your iPad while you use it, like does the battery decrease faster than before?
