My family has your 2019 nxt 22 (planning on upgrading to the 2020 or 21 x or xt) and I am wanting to know how to surf with no rope, this video helped out a lot!
Can you drop the rope without the ballasts or is that crucial? My buddies X30 needs some repairs on the ballasts. We can use the trim tabs but it's our first season surfing and we've only briefly been able to drop the rope... the sweet spot seems really small. Hoping the wave just needs to be a little bigger... can't wait to try it out with some extra weight at the back!

The prop is underneath the boat it’s pretty hard to find it even if you try looking
