- Neil Young performs "Comes A Time" at the Farm Aid concert in Louisville, Kentucky on October 1st, 1995. Farm Aid was started by Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp in 1985 to keep family farmers on the land and has worked since then to make sure everyone has access to good food from family farmers. Dave Matthews joined Farm Aid's board of directors in 2001.

In memory of my son Daniel who passed away 4 years ago today. He loved Neil Young's music. We had this song placed on the back of his memorial. Rest in heaven forever my sweet son. We love you.💕

😪😪😪
I’m so sorry. ❤
❤ he is with you always
I appreciate Neil Young even more now than I did in the 70s. Such a great song writer!
Yes, probably because there was so much great music back then.
Yes, I agree, the 70's was a great time for rock and roll, growing u,love, friends, family, and listening t
I've always loved Neil Young, and put him on the pedestal he deserves.
Thankful we grew up with all the music we did. ✌️❤️🌼
@@jimmyroberts1198And Neil was one of the great musicians of the 70's and 60's.
One time a wise man I met said, "Some people sing songs but Neil...Neil Young bleeds them." This is proof right here.
Yes, He IS so emotional
Neil always makes me think of my dad. My dad introduced me to these songs and we’ve now bonded over our shared love of the music. We just saw Neil Young together last night and my dad said it brought him back 50 years. Really special to be able to share that with him!!! Fortunately he is healthy and still with me and we will be sharing the music for years to come!!
"Comes A Time" Neil is still worth listening at all times even in this Sept. 2020 pandemic.....legendary!
Worth listening to u American's your so far removed .!
Well said ✌️❤️
authoritarian neil
I have loved neal since i was a sophmore at lahabra high school, and i still love his mus8c, it was a rough time with the viet nam war, i lost friends that i loved, because of the war. But i loved the music in my eight track, in the dash board of my vw, Bug, i love this country, and hope we can and do better , Amen!
Timeless..he really touches the heart..bittersweet!! Theres a sadness to it..we were once young and bulletproof..today we are older (mid 60s) and wiser..most of our dreams are passed and faded..living with health issues..we once had our fun!! NY makes me stop and remember..people places and youth..thank you
No dai vecchi no, certo non + giovani ma abbiamo vissuto un bel tempo con queste belle canzoni.
Hi John.
We can't stay on Sugar Mountain forever. I'm right behind you, brother; am on the cusp of turning 60. Time slips away. Bittersweet is right. It just seems like it was yesterday when I was 16 and sitting around the campfire singing Neil's songs while playing an old acoustic guitar that was more beat up than Willie's Trigger. Now I'm an old man and most of my pals are dead.
So many of Neil’s songs, like this one, drive me to tears; he captures our lives that we’ve lived, all we’ve survived and been through- ever since our younger days. Sweet, sad, beautiful, us. ❤️
Yes.Absolutamente, o Brasil concorda com você. Thank you.
Beautiful comment.
I remember my happy younger years playing Neil Young's music. it was great happy days. Thank you Neil . You are a brilliant artist.
Same here, so many great memories of back in the day, when Neil Young was in his prime, and so was I, I hope he lives forever,

Too bad this music you speak of will soon diappeared relplaced with what you no longer recogonize that beares no resemblence to this music you here have spoken of! There would have to be another awakening for the continuence of freedom!
The one and only. the poet. the musician. the artist.
Tassos Vasileiadis what about Dylan they are in the same atmosphere!
Daniel mcgraw
Thats not the question right now, bloody idiot.
Esse já me fez viajar deitado várias vezes
You said it perfectly 🤘 what a talented musician who will never go out of style..he's still great since the 70's his acustic versions are just as good if not better that's how you know he's talented..

Love it! Neil Young, one of the best songwriter and Singer on earth 😘!
I often find the lyrics a bit clumsy until l think of it in terms of animals I've adopted over the years and then it's instantly time to cry. Weirdest thing.

Saw him in Ireland in July 2019. Also on the bill was Bob Dylan....he completely outshone Dylan that hot sunny day! Anyone who says Dylan better than Neil needs their head examined

There is no doubt the man is a genius, plays guitar, harmonica and piano and writes his own songs and sings them. My husband Lee Mitchell and I will always listen to him forever....
God, I love Neil.
Best solo artist ever (as in just him playing)
Comes a time when you're driftin'
Comes a time when you settle down
Comes a light, feelin's liftin'
Lift that baby right up off the ground
Whoa, this old world keeps spinnin' round
It's a wonder tall trees ain't layin' down
There comes a time
You and I, we were captured
We took our souls and we flew away
We were right, we were giving
That's how we kept what we gave away
Grazie avevo 15 anni

Family Farmers never needed more help, and they can count on Neil :-)
Neil Young's songs speak to the heart, I always cry a Little, it feels like the sound track to my life.
What is truly amazing, with all the musicians that we have lost, is that Bob Dylan and Neil Young are both alive and still writing and touring. Without question two American, now Global Legends! I saw them both play at Desert Trip in October 2016 at Coachella Polo Grounds. I was amazed at the longevity of their careers. Treasure these men!
