Space limitations...F-ing GENIUS! Why didn't I think of that? I am in my 50s and after so many years of being a fashion addict, shoe addict, makeup addict. accessories, everything! I have way too much shit. I love this idea and am going to work on this from here on out!!

For me, doing groceries online is so much more work. Because I have to think about it two separate times before I got my groceries. Once when I order them and the time slot I have to be at home when the groceries get delivered. I prefer to go to the market and make it my weekly self care/me time moment ^^

I Mari-Kondo-purged my clothes and it truly is so much easier when you know what you have, how they look & fit.
Though the majority of the clothes I own is not in the close but boxed of in storage sorted by size.
Waiting for me to get down to a normal weight once more.
Ppl usually tell you that you’ll want new clothes, a different style, when you do shrink down. But I know me and my style remains the same pretty much plus I did go through them all after my closet purge.
Including taking photos, so I know what I own and can use the pics for motivation when I need it.
Anyways, thanks for all the tips. Buying grocieries online I won’t do though, I don’t think delivery is even possible to my small town in Sweden.
Plus I enjoy doing it, looking up special offers before I go and following a list. As long as I am not hungry when I go I’ll prob not buy anything unneeded.

Your videos are always amazing and helpful! I have another suggestion that goes along with simplifying your wardrobe. I am a full-time graduate student who works two part-time jobs, so my weekdays are long. In order to make sure I have everything ready, I lay out my clothes the night before, and I make sure that my books are in my backpack, and I make sure that my laptop is fully charged. I simplify the number of notebooks that I have, and I make sure that I do not overpack.
I like the idea of giving yourself a limit on space for things you have, something I have never thought about before and will definitely implement in my life. Great video as always 😀
I never made the connection but I did start with minimalism and it has trickled into other areas of my life as well. I was actually doing my online grocery order when I started watching this video LOL. I have also streamlined my clothing colors.

Love your videos and how you are spreading simple living. My clothes have a certain amount of space which means I never get to exceed that space. We live quite small so we have to think carefully about how we used our space.

Such a good video about things that you wouldn't normally think of when simplifying (or at least I wouldn't!) Maybe I'm just nosey but I'd LOVE to see a video about how to organize all your lists in Things3. I use the app (after your recommendation) and love it but sometimes I get my lists all mixed up, mixing projects with simple to-dos etc. Just an idea! Thanks for another helpful video xx

Hi, for me, I always think of how many times I have used up a certain product/make up item before. Or how many times can I used it before it expired. If I love something so much, I should be able to use it up, and buy the same thing again. But more often than not, I buy different things and ended up exceeding its expiry date and get rid of it 😅 and if for example I wanna buy a glitter eyeshadow for a dinner event I will think just how many dinner events would I wanna wear the same makeup. What concealer and contouring do you use for your makeup? I'm trying to make things simple and your brand of makeup might even be a good thing to know:)
I took my credit cards off of the saved list… *because* of all the reasons you listed (easy access means easy money spending and insomnia becomes very expensive). Now that I’m forced to go to my purse, I shop less. I have to sit on wishlists till at least the next morning, in which I end up eliminating things I don’t actually need before I actually get to my cards.
What shoes do you have? I feel like mine never fit my other clothes :(
I have the same issue with passwords. What I did was use an cute phone directory that I wasn't using much because I keep all my contacts in my phone and the cloud. It turned out very useful! Like each site or account would be a contact and the contact information would be the password. For someone to get my passwords they would have to come to my house and find the book lol
I use mealime which is an app with recipes and collages all your groceries for the week for you. Sinc eusing the app I’ve actually been cooking more than usual and there is hardly any wastage. More importantly I actually eat healthier now and I don’t do last min runs to the fastfood runs and I actually cook veggies now which I was previously not accustomed to. There’s less decision making in a day for me as well which helps since I’m brain dead after work
For me it's Amazon. Actually Amazon Prime, I have all my favorites shows like Netflix. I don't go at Costco just to buy an item and spend gas. Also I spend no time in trafic, parking lot sillyness. I buy on-line and it's here very Quick. I would like to have Amazon Fresh but it's not available here. Maybe one day. I do not scroll I listen to audiobooks on Audible, because it's faster to listen than to read. Well in my case. Also I watch videos for improving my life on CZcams. Like pretty much all your videos actually. They are so calming.
I would not store your passwords and card info into a 3rd party application because if they get hacked or they want to, they have all of your info and can use it against you.
Lily I agree, if the company becomes very big and owns passwords of a lot of people they can pretend they have got "hacked" and do something with the passwords they collected
@@JIJI-zd7xn it's not even if it becomes big. What if one of their employees wants to do fraud? They have access to your passwords & cards. If you know anything about how these apps are programmed, I would not store any info like that there. There's a reason why it's recommended for people to have different passwords for different accounts.
@@Lily-qj2gf you can also use an independent app like KeePass. It's free, you download it and everything is stored on your computer so noone gets access to your sensitive information.
Be careful not to lose your master password though, or you're screwed. Not even the programmers who made the app can find information without it.
Well, they don't store the info as it is, your password, card num etc. is encrypted safely! :) While this isn't risk free, it's slightly better than storing it in a notepad on your computer or using the same password (or variations of the same) across all sites.

Not only was this video amazing, but I also looooooOOOooove LastPass! I personally don't like setting different passwords for everything (though I probably should), but I find that most of the important sites I visit regularly have different requirements that my go-to password doesn't usually meet. This is where LastPass comes in clutch for me. Also, the app syncs with your keyboard on iPhone so if you're in an app and you forgot your password or username, instead of going to LastPass and trying to remember it while you switch back, you can enter it right from your keyboard, like Safari and Google Chrome do for your saved passwords. I hated having to lose time searching for passwords in Chrome on my phone and sometimes I don't even recover them because the organization of them is wack.
All in all, as a student that has a billion variations of my go-to username and password, LastPass saves me time (and my ass) every day and is definitely worth a try.
Yess, I’m so glad that you dig last pass! It genuinely does make life way easier, and it’s (for the most part) free, which is awesome.
