thank you for the help! i'm getting back into running again after getting close to hitting my goal of running 10k regularly last year. currently at about 4-4.5k 3x week but i'm going to an organised 10k in september so building the habit now is really important for me. it was so interesting and useful to hear your research into how that works!

Thank you so much for this video. It’ll help me! I’m just now starting to workout and I feel so overwhelmed, not knowing which body part to work on first. Also, if you don’t mind me asking how tall are you? And how much do you weigh? Also, have you done body recomposition?

it is so overwhelming but learning little things often will help so much! i’m 5’5 and weigh 157! i havent specifically tried for body recomp. over the past year i gained 5-10 pounds and lost it back!
