    I am so glad I was born in the 90s and I know all of these struggles

    Lmaooooooo
    This is sooooo true
    Kids today have no memories like we do. That is why I am so thankful of growing up in the late 50s in the 60s as a small child because of the memories and the things that we had to deal with just as you were talking about and even more

      Everyone has memories... he grew up 3 decades later than you did and still has memories. And like Kev said at the end of the video, kids now will reminisce on how times have changed when they grow up....

    I never thought I'd see someone claim that kids today don't play video games or see someone partially defend kids getting beaten up, but here I am lmfao

    Kids today don’t know about TGIF on abc. We had to wait a whole week to see what would happen on the next episode of a sitcom 😆

    Ah yes I agree with you kids today will never understand the fun and the struggle the 90 kids had When I was Little I was a 90 girl and we didn't have cell phone we had wire phone we had to play outside playing hopscotch hula hoop playing with friends instead up spending inside playing video games

    • @TheTTVCrew
      @TheTTVCrew Před 4 lety +2

      I was born in 2001 and from when I was 8 onwards I'd play outside with my friends all the time lmfao hell even a year ago I'd still do stuff like that, albeit to a lesser extent because I'm older. Also, where I live there are kids playing outside CONSTANTLY. Also also, the guy you're agreeing with literally said that kids don't play video games today. Also also also, video games existed in the 90's lmao

      speak for yourself, because i was born in 2000 and played outside, watched morning cartoons etc. early the late 90s and early 2000s kids still spend majority if not all of their childhood similar to the generations before...

    • @yasmeen8097
      @yasmeen8097 Před 4 lety +1

      Why do gen z want to be millennials so bad? It’s okay grow up different. I was born in 86. Yes I played video games. But I played outside more than I see kids do nowadays. I’m sure my mom would argue that she played outside more than I did. It doesn’t have to be a competition of who played outside more. Someone who was born in the 80’s is going to have a different childhood than someone born in 2000’s. Just accept that.

    More times than not, I would successfully FAIL in my mission to stay up all night long to catch the Saturday morning cartoons, so I always had the VCR as back up. Worst feeling in the world is when you set it to record and either (1) forgot to put a cassette in or (2) get the wrong cassette and record over your collection of Real Ghostbusters / X-Men / TMNT.

    That’s the truest question, man.
    I had bullies... but I also whooped their asses. And then I got in trouble for defending my Mimosa’s (Mother’s) honor. These kids don’t know.

    Me: *a 14 year old that grew up in the hood and still love this shit. The only ones that would understand is generation alpha, and some little kids still do this. Also wondering why people still making these videos, basically gatekeeping, acting like this is old, this stuff ain't that old it's still around.* Also that bullying shit is a complete lie. And because of technology it's even easier to bully/get bullied and teachers and parents don't do nothing. They just say "ignore them" like WTF, why not give the people consequences.😑😑😑
