They truly believe they had a slam dunk of an event. It's too bad they'll never ever allow MacOS on the iPad despite it being more powerful than many of their MacBooks. Right now they're basically just a glorified CZcams machine that your nephew will steal to install games.

The story goes that one of the factors that led Wozniak to leave Apple was his firm belief in open systems which the user could control (which he did get into the Apple II). Jobs was adamantly against that.

Jobes had a great ideas how to make plebsappealing devices and cash out premium, branding guru. And you are only watching 60fps contents in 2024.. 😂 so enough to refresh the screen 60 times per sec.. and that is the 60Hz.. without 120fps content the 120Hz basically just a scam.. (also the scrolling is just a scam, you only miss it after they made addicted you to it, so just after you tried it, like drogs, until you touch it, you are totally fine without it.. did you ever missed the more frames before 120Hz..?)

Biggest complaint about the iPads were how thick they were.
Not the software being anemic. Not the lack of ports. Not the price for what you get. Everyone thought it was too thick. Can’t even put it in a backpack, it’s like a coffee table!
Thank god Apple listened and fixed that.
I’m sure the new one won’t be super easy to bend and crack that overpriced OLED screen

Don’t worry, they downgraded the cameras so they don’t stick out as much. You still have to pay more though
If you fully upgrade every spec of an iPad Pro (ram, SSD, screen coating, keyboard, etc...) it comes out to almost +$3,000. You might as well get a MacBook and a standard iPad for that price.
Or you could get literally anything other than Apple and get even more for your buck.
2024 g14 oled is way better buy and 1500 dollars cheaper and just as good of a product

Samsung just manufacturing the displays, Apple design it for themself.. so just say thank you again, because this is how the LTPO can born, Apple made the request, and Samsug was an obedient dog and made it.. but because of that even Android niw able to gain 2 hours if battery time instead if loosing it.. because Samsung itself wasn't enough clever to do that for years..

Second, LG showed off their tandem OLED panels over a year ago.
Apple just put in orders based on their specs. They didn’t design or develop anything.
@@JohnSmith-op7ls You are incorrect. Samsung exclusively makes the 11 inch panels for these iPads. LG makes the 13 inch. They may share responsibility for both in the future but right now, Samsung makes the 11 inch exclusively and LG the 13 inch.
I should have included LG in the comment, I did know they both make them, it was more a joke that Apple spends half the show talking about the display that they simply bought and did literally nothing with besides put it into the device and it's their biggest selling point....
@@TamasKiss-yk4st Apple didn't design anything as far as the panel is concerned. All Apple does is design the package, most of their products are built by other contractors and Apple slaps them together and then grossly overcharges for them. They bought the panels and stuck them on the iPad. That's all. In case you are unaware, Samsung makes the vast majority of Apple's displays. Some others like LG and Sharp also do but the majority is and has been Samsung for years. Samsung is also the main RAM maker for Apple as well as regular storage here and there.
This technology is literally years old at this point and has been out on other displays already. Apple is not the first to buy a Samsung or LG panel to use this. They sure will try and take the credit and push it as their biggest selling point though, which is hilarious since they did not do anything to produce it besides put in an order to LG and Samsung.
Also it is losing, not loosing. Loosing is when you are unscrewing a bolt or something like that. Losing is the word you're looking for. Loosing is barely even a word and it's also basically never used. Have you ever heard someone say they are loosing anything? People say loosening or loosen. It is virtually never used except when it is misspelt for "losing". If English is not your first language no worries, it's a common mistake even among native English speakers for some reason when writing, but now you'll know the difference for the future.

Before the disappointment, i tell you a big secret, there are already at least 4 tablets with under 6mm thickness from the past TWO years.. did you heard any bending issue in the past two years..? It's just a marketing for the sheeps, because it's even 10% thinner like the also 5,9mm previous iPad Pro, and just some answer for the Galaxy S9 Tab lineup what are also all under the 6mm thickness..
Congrats Apple on the Steve Jobs Anniversary edition of the iPad, thinning the iPad down to an unrecognizable form. Pity the new Apple Pencil doesn't extend in size to match the Pro moniker!

There was a report that Apple wanted to close their iPad line & the eBay they’ve designed the pro specifically is a good way to kill off their demand for it. We don’t want thin breakable/bendable tablets, we want long battery life without insane overheating & thickness is perfectly fine. The last best iPad in my opinion was the 2017 pro.
