    Glad to watch Juwon visiting and enjoying food from our province. Korea town is just nearby 19 Copung copung. You can also try the Original Sisig at Aling Lucing. There are other good variations of Sisig as well around the area. Enjoy Pampanga.

    Ok lang naman na kainin kasi palakang bukid naman yan at malinis. Ibang klaseng palaka sa taniman ng palay lumaki talagang malinis.
    Si Juwonee mukha lang ang Koreana pero pusong Pinay. Walang kaarte arte prangka pa.🫶❤️👍PinaynaPinay sa iba’ng Pinay. Legit😍

    So nice seeing you enjoy adobong kamaru. For me, it has an umami taste that blends with the soy sauce well.
    Based on my research, kamaru is kuliglig in Tagalog. Regarding the OG sisig, I recommend Aling Lucing in Angeles City

    Siguro yung palaka is precooked na kaya chewy na yung mga legs if thats freshly cooked malambot ang thick yung mga legs madami ka makakain kasi yung legs lang naman ang meaty part ng palaka, niluluto namin ang palaka adobo style and kinamatisan mas malambot yung meat compared pag pinirito

    I remember in Pangasinan, they like eating from too. When I was last there they kept asking me if I wanted to buy some, because some young locals in the town I was staying in, could catch me fresh ones very early in the morning.

    Tipaklong po ang criket.

    Koreans also eat frogs. They call it 개구리 고기. But it’s mostly eaten in the countryside, or by the older generation. Although sa tagal ko na dito, di ko pa na try yung luto nila sa palaka.

    Kamaru is the mole cricket, kuliglig ang cricket. I guess any cricket variety/species is kamaru for the Kapampangans.

    You been in Sn Fernando the capital City of Pampanga. From Sn.Fernando it tooks 40 mins going to Angeles City for the original Sisig were the late Anthony Bourdain came from and Sisig.

    Nung bata kami, hinuhuli naman sa sapa ang mga palaka gamit ang buho, leting at maliit na hook. Niluluto namin ng tinola kasama ang mga nakuhang kohol din sa sapa at green papaya na nadaanan lang namin sa bukid. Napaka simple ng buhay at maghanap ng pagkain noon. Your vlog brings back memories of my childhood. Not sure of the word Copung copung, but we usually add it with "19" or 19 Copung Copung, which refers to a distant past.

    The frogs are called "Batute" and the crickets are called "camaros". I miss Copong Copong Restaurant, you should also try Everybody's Cafe in San Fernando where they serve those exotic dishes.

    if you want to make some friends sa mga fellow koreans niyo you should also visit the korean town over there, it's a few minutes away from that resto. marami din authentic korean resto doon.Located sila sa korean town friendship road.
