Ingredients for eggplant, macaroni and minced meat cake:
- 2 medium-sized eggplants
- 100 g of macaroni
- 1 tsp salt (for the macaroni)
- 1 tbsp. cooking oil (for the macaroni)
- 50 ml of cooking oil
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 250 g minced meat
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 200 g grated cheese
