- 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 400 g of leeks
- 100 ml of cooking oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 ml of water
