Linda Larkin Signs My Custom-made Lamp at 90s Con - March 16th, 2024

Last March, I have gone to my first in-person convention in my lifetime and the first thing I did was reunite with Linda Larkin, a Disney Legend that I previously met in video chats at GalaxyCon Live. She was generous enough to sign not just my copy of Jodi Benson's memoir (I haven't forgotten about reviewing it, I swear. 😅), but a Jasmine doll that I picked up at my real life job and a lamp that I bought from Etsy a couple years ago. She was an angel for not charging me extra for the autographs, letting me record her say my favorite line from the animated adaptation of Aladdin, and the interaction, although shorter than our video chats, was joyful. ^_^
Linda was right when she assumed the green genie's lamp is one-of-a-kind because I could no longer find the Etsy user that sold it to me. I have seen it re-listed since by a couple more sellers with the most recent having antiques available on their page. The lamp is about $25 to $30, but generally they're hard to come by because they do sell out. Linda's autograph makes the green one I picked up all the more irreplaceable and watching her sign it was a special moment for me. :)
