In The Forever Winter, players enter a maze of relentless PvEvE conflict, with various ever-present enemy factions fighting to achieve their own objectives. Squads of up to four players (or AI-driven squadmates) face off against (or sneak by) hordes of colossal enemies and loot the fallen in a desperate race to secure what’s left of Earth’s dwindling resources. Scavenge what you need, then be ready to run like hell or face an inevitably bloody demise. Building your arsenal over multiple play-throughs gives you a fighting chance against bigger and badder enemies… but you’ll never stop the war. You’ll never “win.” In The Forever Winter, winning is staying alive and returning home with supplies for your crew.

To me it reminds me of a lot of games shown as „alpha“ or „pre alpha“ versions and then still releasing like this. Already a red flag. They didnt even wait for a proper version to show gameplay. 2010s flashbacks

This is definitely a new way for designing post apocalyptic world. Grotesque mix with tech, biotech, some sort of cyberpunk junk. Hellish mecha. Architecture that came from Doom with it epic sizes and outworld feelings. That designs by themselves make me dream about to get into 3d modeling, and im already in
Well its looking brutal, and for pre-alpha footage it looks raw and obviously unoptimized but that's to be expected, the idea is there already and it just needs to refine it. Godspeed devs, give me some new games to hyperfixate on

It feels like Silent Hill had a baby with Mechwarrior but from the foot soldier point of view. I'm digging this and will be keeping my eye on this as it comes along.
