Truck hangs off side of Hwy 17 in Delta after crash

March 23rd 2017 - W/B hwy 17 aprrox 2 KM before the Alex Fraser
a Flat bed truck crashed thru the barrier and was dangling off the side of the highway with driver still inside. Delta Fire crews rigged up some ropes and secured the truck and they climbed over and were able to get him back on the road. Apparently he was minor injuries, just shaken up. W/B was closed for awhile while the incident was stabilized
