  • In a video of Miss M's 'The Object of Art' she has several questions about the Colorado Lounge that I might be able to answer.
I have written down about twenty of her questions that I will try to answer in no particular order.
    question 16.
    Where does this door go?
    and...
    Is this an external wall?

The biggest set I worked on was when I was a stand-in for 2 months on Lady in the Water. The entire 5 story, 3 sided apartment building was a set. I believe only 3 floors were used for interiors. The interiors seemed to be about 90% of an actual interior. Inside it was basically a living room and dining room. The hallway that would go to bedrooms just ended as if the building was cut in half. This set reminded me of it. The last week of shooting was the rain shots and the set was literally blistering and coming apart from the water.

That must have been quite an experience, working on such a large set. I saw a BTS of 'Lady in the Water'. I had the impression that it was an existing building.
I only have experience in building theater sets. Very simple sets.
I was impressed by the set of David Fincher's 'Panic Room'. That was also a multi-story, split-room set.

@@deltabuilder Oh wow! I did not know that about Panic Room. I should have given he is my favorite living director.

      To make it interesting.
There are more than a dozen fake doors in the Colorado Lounge. The room doors alone are fake, except for Room 237 of course.
