- Benatar and her lead guitarist-turned-husband, Giraldo, are celebrating their 35th anniversary of making music together with a new CD and DVD collection. They managed to navigate through married life while selling more than 25 million records worldwide and producing 19 "Top 40" singles. Benatar and Giraldo join “CBS This Morning” to discuss their careers and relationship.
Great couple ... I met Pat & Neil years ago when I was involved in the music industry ( bodyguard / bouncer) ... I can't count the number of artists I worked with / for but Pat and Neil stand out as the best .... After a show at Peabody's Down Under in Cleveland Ohio, Pat and Neil invited me to join them on the bus & we sat / talked / laughed for a long time - Neil and I compared tattoo's LOL - One of my best memories for those years - So happy to see them both still out there and going strong - Pat / Neil, if you read this ... Eddie from Peabody's says "hello" and wish's you nothing but happiness / on going success!
I had a crush on her as a child and now I know I was right to .
She's a beautiful woman with a beautiful spirit and I'm glad she is truly happy.

Giraldo...underestimated guitar player...he belongs there among the many great names.. Hes got his own "trade mark" sound and great composer.
Along the lines of a mix of Neal Schon and Steve Lukather, but definately with his own style. Great player.
