  • So I finally bought myself a legit pressure washer for my mobile detailing business. I've had my eyes set on a Kranzle for a while now. I was going to got the K1622 but by the time I was ready to buy they had come out with the K1622TS with the Total Stop function. I decided to go with it even though I had reservations about how well this would work with my generators. I am so happy I did. I believe this Kranzle will be the last pressure washer I will ever need for detailing. Enjoy!

    What kind of connectors does it use from the manufacturer for the hose? Is it a proprietary connection system, or is it a standard 1/4” quick connect fitting?

    • @luxurycardetailingthehamptons
      @luxurycardetailingthehamptons  Před 2 lety +1

      It's actually just a standard M22 threaded connection. So any pressure washer hose will work and if you want a quick connect just get an M22 to 1/4 inch quick connect.

    Hey, how come ur using a 1.7mm orfice in the foam cannon? They usually come with 1.25mm nozzles

    Do you think it would have issues with a 3500 w inverter generator?

    • @luxurycardetailingthehamptons
      @luxurycardetailingthehamptons  Před 3 lety

      I run two Honda eu2200i generators hooked together and there is no struggle whatsoever on startup. I even leave them both on eco mode, so they're revved down. There's no issue when the Kranzle kicks on. Although I can't guarantee it, I don't see you having a problem with a 3500 watt generator. I ran it on a 15amp gfci circuits now a few times. I used to have a problem with my Ryobi with 15amp circuits. The Kranzle is no problem at all.

    Nice! I just recieved my 1622ts. How did you get your mtm gun to mount onto the factory kranzle hose?

    • @luxurycardetailingthehamptons
      @luxurycardetailingthehamptons  Před rokem +1

      It was a while ago but I'm pretty sure it's all just standard pressure washer fittings. M22 and 3/8" quick connect. Stuff you can get right at Home Depot.

      @@luxurycardetailingthehamptons awesome thank you! Now I'm trying to figure out if I want to quick connect awesll from my water tank to the kranzle so I can just pop it off whenever I need to unpack my truck. Thanks for your response!

    does it work on just one of those generators?

    • @luxurycardetailingthehamptons
      @luxurycardetailingthehamptons  Před 3 lety

      Not consistently. It way over-revs just one EU2200 and sometimes it just trips the breaker and doesn't work at all

    Hi, the k1622 is like a 7/122 or 10/122 in europe?
    edit. When you say that is so quiet, then i thing it is a 7/122? how much rpm, 1400?

    • @luxurycardetailingthehamptons
      @luxurycardetailingthehamptons  Před 3 lety

      Not really familiar with the european models, but the specs are 1600 psi, 1.7 gpm, 1700 rpm, 1.6 kW, 110 volts and 14 amps.

    • @squadmeta
      @squadmeta Před 3 lety +1

      Going on nozzle colour, a 7/122. The motor will be running on 60Hz hence the higher speed.

    • @drewdizm523
      @drewdizm523 Před 3 lety

      7/122 runs 1.85gpm on 1400rpm

      @@luxurycardetailingthehamptons the price now is 1,145. Price marked up. Have you tested a 1.1mm orifice on your foam canon?. Your foam canon has a pre installed 1.25mm. The amp draw on a 1.25mm is 11.4 amps which Matt tested it from OG. Could you test and show us the amp draw usiing a 1.1mm orifice on a foam canon with your kranzle 1622? . Thanks.
