And I've found that this channel has so many great resources like the podcast. I found this because I had a massive panic attack, couldn't breath felt like my tongue was going to fall down my throat , I've had panic and anxiety since aged five i am now 57, I am scared ,but this helped me. I always yawn with breathing exercise and nothing can stop me yawning . I also feel like I can't take a deep breath it just won't go deep enough .
