My deepest condolences on the loss of Costancia and my prayers and thoughts to you and your family. Such a wonderful tribute to your little sister for you to still continue with your training and running the Athens Marathon so steeped in history and significance, also in it’s 40th year. Congratulations to you for running a superb race on this challenging route and Congratulations to Agatha on her first and I am sure not her last, marathon. Farai, thank you so much for your stories and journey of 100BEFORE40 and sharing it with us, culminating in this beautiful video. I think your 40th Birthday was yesterday as you refer to it as two weeks after the Athens marathon? I wish you a very Happy Birthday and yes, this year marks the beginnings of many more journeys which I hope you will continue to share with us! And of course, I feel very special that you considered my comment made after your referendum as a worthwhile goal and, you PB’d Athens Marathon admirably.
