  • Cycle Stop Valve is the newest innovation in pump control, leading the way in Constant Pressure Technology. Cycle Stop Valve makes a variable flow pump from a constant speed pump. Easy to install on submersible pumps, turbine pumps and all kind of centrifugal pumps, the Cycle Stop Valve makes your pump match your needs exactly.

This system has every advantage going for it. The only thing is if you have a jet pump, you have to listen to it far more often despite the fact it will be using less current.

This compares to an inverter type of motor control to control the water pressure. The reason this can be better is because of up front cost is way lower and reliability is higher. Cost savings of the motor using less amps of an inverter type and this cycle stop valve control are going to be about the same. Works real good for residential use mainly because the residential inverters have fragile electronics that often fail requiring an expensive inverter replacement often needing to replace the matching well pump also. MY old boss where i used to work we had to replace his twice in just three years of use. This is the cost effective way to go

    Great information.

It sounds more like a valve with a hole in it. It amounts to a leaky valve. This is using mechanical device to solve issues that would be better served by electromechanical or non moving parts like a vfd or a low voltage control

my well-pump went down last month. Got 80 g tank already installed. Can I still use this Cycle Stop Valve on this big tank?

    Hi,
I really appreciate you doing this kind of video. I have a problem with my well pump system.
I just got a new well drilled with a submersible pump and a new 4.5 Pressure tank, pressure switch and Cycle Stop Valve installed .
The water pressure build up to 60psi and cut off fine, but when a valve is open the pressure drains quickly down to zero and shut off the pump.
I tried everything to no avail. Is there anything wrong with my system? Unfortunately, it is out of the country and no one has any idea of how it works.
Would you happen to know what could be causing the pump to shutdown when a valve is opened?

How to mimicking this for home use is just have valve before valve, if your faucet too much gpm, you can decrease vaLve before faucet, but it is still 40:60 setting
