It's good to see that Brad is still racing, I haven't seen a boat move on his property here since the accident. We lost one hell of a man in that wreck and Brad almost lost his life too.
Godspeed Jeff, the Asbell name will be forever engrained into this town and the racing world.

2:00, actually you should experience less seasickness at those higher speeds. What we refer to as "seasickness" can be classified separately from the general term "motion sickness" due to, briefly, the ocean's rolling motion affect on the saccule and ulticle. Therefore, although speed CAN cause "motion" sickness, it would not necessarily from the same effects caused by a rolling ocean.

I always wondered what it would be like to power up a pontoon boat..what if you used an inboard outboard drive that uses a chevy inline "6" as they have the same bell housing bolt pattern of a chevy old school V8 ...build in a cut out area of the deck of your pontoon boat and frame in a mounting system for your chevy V8 or any of your favorite brands ..im using chevy as they are popular to come by and buy using the inboard outboard drive ...and set up the engine with todays bolt on EFI self tuning intake and all from hot rod suppliers , fine a set of long tube headers , bolt them on up side down swapped from left to right as you can on old school chevy V8 cylinder heads ..bolt on some welded header mufflers for a drag boat "style" exhaust ..and tada a cheap pontoon hot rod with a V8 sound ...speed? Who knows , but the novelty of the whole thing could be some pretty good fun

Therefore, Warby’s second run was even faster than the official record - 328 mph, to be exact - when he set the record in Australia.

Interesting, but not as impressive as Donald Campbell setting the World land and water speed records 55 years ago, with 276.33 (286 mph one way) mph on water and 403.10 on land, both in the same year, 1964.
