So this was filmed quite a while ago, but that salmon glaze recipe is spot on. I made is almost exactly as Sam did in the video and it was a hit. My wife is not a salmon fan, but even she said it was good. I'll be using the recipe and technique again.
It is funny to see how much the channel has "grown up" since these earlier videos. I'm still watching them.
